Availability of reviewers

Since the monograph belongs to peer-reviewed scientific publications, it is necessary to have two reviewers when publishing it. Reviewers must have a degree (preferably a doctor of science) in the scientific specialty within which a monograph is written, or in a related specialty. Reviews prepared by reviewers are provided to the publisher. Information about the reviewers, together with their scientific regalia, is indicated in the output of the publication on the second page.
